My Sunday Rituals

Don't spend your Sundays stoned!

Here’s how my Sundays go in late 2026

I have two most important tasks for the day:

  1. Mock test for my entrance exam prep.
  2. Weekly reflection dump, post-mortem and planning for the next week.

These two tasks are a must.

Mock test takes ~3.5h.
Weekly reflection and others takes ~2h.

After that, I am free to do whatever.

Sometimes, I would do some more planning (if needed), and some batched admin tasks like cleaning up my files, improving my workflow, etc.

But that’s all.

What happens in the Weekly Reflection Dump

I take data from my Bullet Journal and Daily notebook and dump thoughts and things in my Weekly Journal. It’s a systematised “free-flowing” format of sorts.

My BuJo gives me statistics about my habits, day ratings, deep work hours.
My Daily Notebook keeps track of the specific areas of my life, which are:

In my weekly journal, I first compile the statistics like “Avg. Day Rating”, or “Habit Integrity %”.

Then I write about the overall week- how I felt and some stuff. After that I write summaries of each area of my life, the good things and bad things related to them and what could be improved.

As simple as it can be.
You can review it next day, but I don’t. I don’t even remember anything afterwards.

Then you can relax, and chill. Plan your next week, or whatever.

Cheers!
